Just Group (“Just”) and Timeline has decided to collaborate to give financial advisers access to Timeline’s modern planning technology. This is so they may model the advantages of including an assured income through Just’s distinct Secure Lifetime Income (“SLI”) solution into their clients’ retirement portfolios.

Commerzbank and asset manager Aquila Capital have agreed a strategic partnership. As part of the collaboration, Commerzbank will acquire a 74.9% stake in Aquila Capital. The asset manager, as the seller, reaffirms its long-term commitment to the company and will continue to play a leading role in shaping its future growth. Aquila Capital can now extend its offering in clean energy, green infrastructure, and sustainable real estate investment solutions. Private Advisor Group, an expanding independent wealth management company in the US, welcomes the addition of Drake Financial Services. Robert K. Drake serves as the company’s leader. For more than 30 years, Drake, who inherited his father’s business, has been offering clients comprehensive asset management solutions. Drake Financial Services is in charge of managing assets valued at over $100m. 

Software solutions for financial services firm Aryza Group has successfully acquired Oyster Bay Systems and its subsidiary, Profile Data Services. The deal is set to strengthen Aryza in the finance and lending market, expanding the group’s capability in the loan management sector, adding scale and client reach in the UK and across Europe.
