Internet of things hiring levels in the private banking industry dropped in August 2022
The proportion of private banking companies hiring for internet of things related positions kept relatively steady in August 2022 compared with the equivalent month last year, with 12.6% of the companies included in our analysis recruiting for at least one such position.
When it came to the rate of all job openings that were linked to internet of things, related job postings kept steady in August 2022 from July 2022, with 0.1% of newly posted job advertisements being linked to the topic.
This latest figure was the lowest monthly figure recorded in the past year and is the same as the 0.1% of newly advertised jobs that were linked to internet of things in the equivalent month a year ago.

This latest figure was lower than the 13.3% of companies who were hiring for internet of things related jobs a year ago and a decrease compared to the figure of 13.9% in July 2022.
